For parents whose child is sick, it is advisable to check the Doliprane pipette. There is no cause for concern, but it is possible that the pipette is not graduated. This is what the National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM) indicates.
The agency reported on its website that it had been informed of the absence of graduations on around thirty pipettes used to measure the correct dose of Doliprane 2.4%, an oral suspension intended for infants and children.
It is important to note that the fault only concerns the pipette. The ANSM ensures that the quality and integrity of the syrup in the bottle are not affected. If you discover that you have one of the defective pipettes, you can simply exchange it at the pharmacy.
The absence of graduation on the pipettes could concern batches 3KLR12D1, 3KLR13D2, 3KLQ70DU, 3KLQ69DT, 3KLR14D3, 3KLQ71DV and 3KLQ72DW. To avoid any dosage error, the drug agency advises not to use the pipette of another product.
