The Charles & Alice brand recently recalled several batches of plant-based creams. These products were sold in various stores across France. Two information sheets were published on the official Rappel Conso website this week. The affected creams exhibit abnormal fermentation, leading to an acidic taste and a bulging lid.
The 350 g pots were distributed in E. Leclerc stores between January 30 and February 28, 2024, with the barcode 3297760084167. Other 110 g containers were sold in brands such as Franprix, Monoprix, Système U, Carrefour, ITM, Auchan, Casino and Cora, from February 3 to 28, 2024, with the barcode 3297760084006.
Although no direct health risk has been identified, these products are being recalled as a precaution. It is recommended not to consume them and return them to the store for a refund. For any questions, a number is available: 09.69.39.29.09.
