Today, the Stress Thermal School is joining forces with the “DouzeFOISparAN” association to offer a 5-day program entirely dedicated to women who suffer from endometriosis or adenomyosis and who wish to create a personal toolbox to learn to live better with their illness, in addition to an approved spa treatment focused on therapeutic letting go and listening to qualified professionals.
Regain confidence in your body
The therapeutic interaction of thermal treatments, those of traditional thermal treatment according to packages established in agreement with health insurance, followed by psycho-educational and educational workshops, allows each patient to regain confidence in their body.
Psycho-educational and educational workshops
These workshops are co-led by a patient resource and a team of health professionals: psychologist, midwife, pharmacist, osteopath, naturopath, kinesiologist, sophrologist, shiatsu practitioner, reflexologist and hypnosis patrician to provide a global and personalized solution to each patient.
Identify the link between stress, pain and fatigue
The main objectives are to differentiate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome from the symptoms of endometriosis and/or adenomyosis, to list the means of medication and contraception, to identify the link between stress, pain and fatigue.
