Intense itching, pain, repeated infections, lack of sleep, stress, shame... more than 2.5 million French people of all ages are affected by eczema.
A visible and visible disease
This chronic skin disease “eats” patients, physically and psychologically, 24/7. A visible and visible disease, victim of many prejudices, eczema punctuates the lives of patients who must moisturize their skin daily, follow their anti-inflammatory treatments and adapt their activities each day according to the condition of their skin.
A day of information and sharing
On the occasion of the 9th National Eczema Day, the French Eczema Association is organizing on Saturday June 3 a day of information and sharing of experience between patients, doctors, pharmacists and health professionals, to raise awareness of the reality of illness in all its forms.
Research advances
This day will also make it possible to inform doctors and patients about advances in research, to give patients the keys to understanding and controlling the disease with expert advice, to discover the right actions and to fight against discouragement and isolation in order to be stronger together.
