In the fight against Covid-19 infection, many after-effects sometimes appear 3 months after the illness: unusual fatigue, anxiety, shortness of breath, mobility problems, etc.

Recover physically and morally

To regain confidence in your body, the Thermes de Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc have designed a Post-Covid program focused on breathing and physical recovery which complements an 18-day approved spa treatment for the respiratory tract and/or dermatology.

An 18-day cure

It includes 22 targeted treatments and workshops, including 6 individual ones (excluding thermal treatments) spread over 18 days of treatment. You benefit from an interview at the start of the treatment with an ENT/respiratory tract doctor or dermatologist depending on the case upon arrival.

Adapted care

Among the main treatments you will have respiratory physiotherapy and exercise retraining with a physiotherapist, thermal water treatments every morning according to the thermal prescription, adapted physical activities including 3 aquafitness sessions in thermal water, 3 sessions adapted physical activities, 3 sophrology sessions.

Arriving at letting go

But also conference workshops, individual well-being treatments including an application of clay and a thermal affusion massage. After three weeks of treatment, letting go can be seen on the faces of spa guests.
