Rappel Conso, the French government site, has just published a steak recall chopped products marketed at the Leclerc center in Saint-Sever in Rouen, having a potential risk of presence of Listeria bacteria. The meat concerned was marketed “in the traditional butcher section” between January 24 and April 24, 2022.
Watch for signs of listeriosis
An infection with Listeria results in fever, possibly accompanied by headaches or even digestive problems. If you have consumed this product and experience symptoms, it is recommended to consult your doctor.
Buyers in possession of this product are invited not to consume it and to return it to the store for a refund.
