Offered to people suffering from chronic anxiety, sleep disorders or moderate to severe stress affecting the quality of life, the Specific Mental Health Cure is based on an 18-day Conventional Respiratory Tract or Rheumatology Thermal Cure to which a specific module activities and additional care is added.
A therapeutic relaxation program
The treatment program includes 3 consultations with the referring doctor as well as 4 tailor-made prescribed thermal treatments per day (where you will discover the invigorating effects of Cambo waters), as well as a guided meditation, 3 music therapy sessions and a session foot reflexology.
Physical activities and psychological support
This will be followed by a tai chi or qi gong session, 1 gentle yoga session and a Nordic walking session. Then you benefit from psychological support with 3 individual psychological consultations and a discussion group supervised by a psychologist.
