This year, the 24th Sleep Day this Friday March 15 highlights the importance of the links between diet, physical activity and our sleep. Poor sleep, poor health! Weight gain, pain, worsening of cardiovascular disorders, depression, in particular... Poor sleep has a number of consequences on our health. On this sleep day, the National Institute of Sleep and Vigilance - INSV - draws our attention to the interdependence between the three pillars of our health: Sleep, eat, move. And you should know, good sleep promotes better eating behaviors and motivation for physical activity. With in return more restful sleep. Some advice to follow For good sleep, it is advisable to expose yourself to daylight in the morning and go to bed at regular times. In addition, to make it easier to fall asleep, it is essential, especially for young people, to cut off screens at least an hour before going to sleep. Furthermore, in addition to a healthy diet, the regularity of meal times, which also contributes to our biological clock, is important. And it is recommended to stop eating at least 2 hours before going to bed. Concerning physical activity beneficial for sleep, you should not practice it within 2 hours before your usual bedtime. And on this sleep day, to better inform us, meet specialists, sleep centers and specialized structures are mobilizing throughout France. To find out more, go to:

Helicobacter pylori. Derrière ce nom saugrenu se cache un bacille qui colonise la muqueuse gastrique. Et pour cause, ses capacités de résistance aux conditions acides extrêmes lui permettent de vivre au sein de cet organe.
