A program accessible on medical prescription
For this first phase, 50 to 60 participants will be selected to enter the program, accessible on medical prescription, an interview to assess the participant's motivation as well as their physical abilities in order to offer them activities adapted to their abilities. The program will take place over 6 months, with 3 weekly physical activity sessions of 45 minutes to 1 hour.
